Leasing

An experienced leasing agent is available to take calls and show rental properties six days a week during normal business hours. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. Saturday 10am-2pm. We will evaluate your property before marketing time with suggestions to maximize the appeal of your home to potential residents. We can also help you make any changes to your home with our vast network of trusted vendors.
Automated Notifications & Updates

You will receive automated E-mail notifications of Key Updates and alerts in the process of Leasing your home. We know your busy, and sometimes you just don’t have the time to return a phone call to speak about status frequently. E-mail notifications give you immediate status notifications instantly and allow you to access it on your time and at your convenience.
Tenant Screening

Due diligence in Tenant Qualification is vital to making sure you receive your rent on time, and expenses to a minimum. Property Inspections
We complete an initial inspection at the time the property is placed under our management or when there is a change of Tenant. There are also periodic exterior inspections and an annual interior inspection of all properties as necessary.

A computerized statement of expenses and income for each property is provided to you on a monthly basis. All funds are maintained in a local bank trust account at no cost to you.
